The Onix Model uses an Anson Deeley type action which is hand chiseled from a forging. Stock fastening is conventional tang screws. Each action is built specifically for the gauge of the shotgun. These shotguns are hand-made to the specifications of the customer. Many options are available including the choices of walnut grade and stock/forend style, automatic ejectors or manual extractor, single trigger or double triggers, barrel design of either swallowtail or demiblock (with either english rib or flat rib) and barrel lengths from 26-30" with choice of chokes. Sculpting of action sides is the customer's choice as well. Action finishes are coin finish, chrome plating, or color case hardening. The engraving is the customer's choice as Poli has access to many well known engravers. The Onix model is for the discriminating shooter who demands the finest in a boxlock shotgun.
